A wonderfully creative Victorian opera coat in purple and black velvet.
You will make quite a statement at the Red Hat Society.
I personally hand emboss each velvet coat as it is being assembled. The skirt hem is constructed from burnout velvet, tucked gracefully at the front and is adorned with tassels and decorative buttons.
Truly a coat worthy of a pirate princess!
