I personally hand emboss each velvet coat as it is being assembled. The skirt hem is constructed from burnout velvet, tucked gracefully at the front and is adorned with tassels and decorative buttons.
Truly a coat worthy of a pirate princess!
It is shown with a white ruffled lace shirt which does not come with the coat.
