What We Worship
Years ago, I took my cat Scooter to the veterinarians. He had a problem and the doctor thought an X-ray might shed some light on it. Scooter and I waited patiently as the film was being developed. The vet came back into the office and held the film up to the light board. In bleak shades of gray and black, I could see his bones encased in a ghostly x-rayed shadow of a body and with out control blurted out “Look at how adorable he is!”
A bemused smile spread across the vets face and she said “People love their pets so much”
As far as this piece goes, I am keeping it. However, I do have the sister window frame and would be happy to recreate it for you.
Measurements including beat up window frame: Height 29 inches. Width 18 inches.
