THIS SKIRT IS SOLD. I have to make another batch of these highly adjustable skirts. The waist expands a generous twelve inches. Truly "One size fits most". What is not shown in these photos is the full sweep in the back. This appliqued walking skirt has a big bow that ties in the back. A bustle that is more or less depending on your waist size. This one fits from a 28 " waist to a 40" making this a plus size skirt. As usual this is a one of a kind item.
