I have started a line of elegant walking skirts.
They have a smooth fit in the front and a bustle with a big bow in the back. They are the Mullets of the skirt world!
The waist is very adjustable. I have two sizes. From waist 24 to 40 and from 40 to 50. The adjustment comes from the bustle and the larger the waist size, the smaller the bustle.
Most of these skirts are one of a kind. This one is an example only.
This skirt is made with heavy black satin, rich embroidered silk, under dyed velvet and coordinating trim.
