This one of a kind skirt is SOLD Featuring a Flure De Lis applique, tassels, trim, cast metal buttons and studs. All on a taffeta base blessed with contrasting Chinese satin.
One size fits all is a pretty good description. The waist goes from 24 inches and expands out to 40 inches. The smaller the waist, the bigger the bustle.This skirt fits close in the front and bustles out the back. It is pulled in as much or as little as needed. A big contrasting bow ties in the back. You cant see it in these photos but the back of the skirt flares out a whole bunch! Must take pictures!
